In 2008, Domenick was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Investors Bank where he works closely with other members of the Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors. He has primary responsibility for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the Bank, as well as the oversight of all functional operating areas of the Bank.
Prior to this appointment, Domenick served as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure as CFO the Bank raised over $500 million in capital in a successful initial public offering, converting to a public company in 2005.
He spent a large portion of his career at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, where he served as Vice President and Director of Sales. Within his leadership roles there, Domenick counseled and advised numerous banking clients, helping them navigate the evolving banking and financial sectors.
Domenick has also placed an equally concentrated focus on corporate social responsibility and is actively involved in the local communities that Investors serves. In 2009, he joined the Board of Directors for the Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation. In addition, he serves as an integral member of the Hospital’s Financial Trust Committee.
Domenick also donates his time, talent and treasury as a Board of Director for the Madison YMCA where he also serves on the Finance Committee.
In 2010, Domenick served as the Essex County Heart Walk Survivor Ambassador for the American Heart Association. He acted as the organization’s media spokesperson urging the local community to join in the fight against heart disease and stroke, and was the key speaker at several of the association’s events throughout the year.
Most recently, he joined the Board of Directors for the Center for Italian and Italian American Culture (CIIAC), as well as his corporate team has notably supported the Lupus Foundation of America and the Caregiver Volunteers of Central New Jersey.
Domenick holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance from Pace University. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife, Wendy, and has three children. By virtue, his financial expertise and commitment to community involvement are valuable qualities worthy of the CIIAC’s Man of the Year award.
